Senior Maths Team Regional Winners

Congratulations to our Maths Team, who yesterday won the Regional Finals of the Senior Team Maths Competition, beating Cheadle Hulme and King David into joint second place. We also beat rivals Bolton Boys' division, Stockport Grammar and Altrincham Girls School, to name a few.
Our team of Haowen Zhao, AJ Taggart, Jia Liu and James Lin were not only amazing academically but they were also a real credit to the School in their attitude and general demeanour. Well done boys – I am very proud of you.
The team will go on to compete in the National Finals in London in February – can we beat the ninth place of last year – a school record for the competition.
