Mike was educated at Elizabeth College in Guernsey, Channel Islands, and then read History at St John’s College, Cambridge, becoming a scholar of the college. After graduating he remained in Cambridge to complete an MPhil before joining MGS in 2003 as a history teacher. Alongside his work at MGS, Mike is currently studying for an LLB on a part-time basis, with a particular interest in employment law.
