As well as over 1,520 lively and stimulating boys, over 300 members of staff (around 185 teachers and 115 associate staff) have talents and abilities in a range of areas, which means that MGS is a busy and exciting environment to work in.

There is a strong feeling of community and relationships between members of different departments and all are warm and friendly.
