Junior School Sport Captains

This year’s Junior School Sports Captains were recently announced, alongside a number of other Junior School positions of responsibilities.
These boys will lead the Junior School sporting programme on and off the pitch and are really looking forward to the challenge this role brings. Captains are not assigned to a specific sport but are generic captains. This approach is aligned to our sporting philosophy at this developmental age as all boys are involved in all sports, regardless of experience, and are all given the same opportunities.
The Junior Sports Captains will also spend time completing a ‘leadership’ education programme aimed at raising their awareness of leadership styles, history of key leaders in the sporting world and igniting their own styles.
